Yoga for YOUR Life is an at-home practice series designed to help you fit yoga into your life. To practice the way a practitioner practices. To let go of expectations and obligations and just take some time to get on your mat and work your body.

And you want to know more. You want to be able to ask questions, to work through poses, to understand what it is that you're supposed to do in each pose.

Yoga for YOUR Life is the answer. As an extension of the classes I teach every week, this course is more than just a yoga class. It's a way to get your body back. It's a way to get further than you've ever gone. To get into a routine. To get fit. To get strong. And to do it on your terms.

I teach women how to heal their bodies. I teach them to find strength and balance and flexibility. I help them heal after their core after childbirth and heal their minds from chronic stress. I help them trust themselves, try something new, invite play and exploration into their lives. I help them find their practice, their strengths, and work with them to take them where they want to go.

I teach women how to breathe.

I’m Julie. I’m a certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and I’m here to be your guide, your personal practitioner, your support, your light post. I’m here to use the training of two world-renowned practitioners, Claire Este-McDonald and Gregor Singleton, to help you find your practice, your grace, your internal awareness.
